Our company president started with Country Cookin as a dishwasher in high school. Our Vice President of Operations has been with us for 22 years; our four district managers have worked for Country Cookin for almost a century, and our office staff has a combined tenure of over 50 years. It is not unusual to find servers, cooks, and Favorites Bar attendants in our restaurants who have been part of the Country Cookin family for 10, 15, or even 20 years.
